Which vacuum sealers do your bags and rolls work with?

Our embossed bags and rolls for home use work with suction-style vacuum sealers such as FoodSaver, Weston and MagicVac.

What is the difference between embossed bags and chamber pouches?

Embossed bags and rolls have a textured channel that lets a suction-style sealer pull the air out. Chamber pouches are smooth and are made for chamber vacuum sealers, which remove the air from the whole chamber around the pouch.

What do 3 mil, 4 mil and 5 mil mean?

A mil is one thousandth of an inch and measures the thickness of the pouch material. A higher number means a thicker, tougher pouch. We carry commercial chamber pouches in 3, 4 and 5 mil.

Are your home-use bags and rolls safe for the freezer and for boiling?

Yes. They are made of BPA-free nylon and polyethylene, are USDA approved, and are suitable for both freezing and boiling.

Which machine brands do you carry parts for?

We carry parts for Berkel, Bizerba Boss, Henkelman, Henkovac, Promarks, Sipromac and Webomatic machines, plus miscellaneous parts.

How do I know if a part fits my machine?

Send us the brand and model number of your machine through our contact page and we will help you confirm the right part before you order.

How fast will my order ship?

We ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders go by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days. Large boxes ship by UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Items marked free shipping, including Foodsaver-type items, ship free within the USA.

What is your return policy?
