Shipping

We ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders go out by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days. Large boxes ship by UPS. Items marked free shipping, including Foodsaver-type products, ship free within the USA. Shipping for other items is calculated at checkout.

Returns and refunds

We guarantee our products 100%.

• You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships.
• If an order has already shipped, you receive a full refund on the product. Freight is not refunded unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
• Returns must be started within 15 days of receiving your order.
• You pay return shipping on items that are not defective.
• For pouches and bags, you receive a 100% refund as long as at least 90% of the product is returned.

Orders lost by a shipping company are usually not replaced by us. If tracking shows an order as delivered, we assume no further responsibility.
