What is the difference between embossed bags and chamber pouches?

Embossed bags and rolls have a textured channel that lets a suction-style sealer pull the air out. Chamber pouches are smooth and are made for chamber vacuum sealers, which remove the air from the whole chamber around the pouch.

What do 3 mil, 4 mil and 5 mil mean?

A mil is one thousandth of an inch and measures the thickness of the pouch material. A higher number means a thicker, tougher pouch. We carry commercial chamber pouches in 3, 4 and 5 mil.

How fast will my order ship?

We ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders go out by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days. Large boxes ship by UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Items marked free shipping, including Foodsaver-type products, ship free within the USA. Shipping for other items is calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be started within 15 days of receiving your order. You pay return shipping on items that are not defective. For pouches and bags, you receive a 100% refund as long as at least 90% of the product is returned.
